My favorite property in Chicago. I liked every detail here, including staff and location, that were perfect. Extremely comfy beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe in the room.

By and large, it was great place for sightseeing in Chicago, had much fun. All of the staff were efficient, attentive. The hotel had a central setting near everything the staff was friendly & helpful. Before bed I went to Copper Fox Gastropub for a nightcap, it's very close to the property.

Spotless, pretty standard hotel. The bed was big and the bedroom was spacious. The restaurant was excellent, I ordered excellent dishes. Lots of various drinks, such as beers and wines in the bar:)))

Location and cleanliness were incredible and I especially liked that the place was spotless. The room I booked was cleaned and available with comfy bed, tub and the bathroom. There was the capital grille near the hotel.

Fine hotel with stunning location and fairly quiet rooms. Particularly nice view, a great balcony, spacious bed, too. The authentic restaurant was unique with variety of meals in the menu. Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Chicago.

I loved the approaching staff and simply delicious breakfasts. My room was very very clean and as advertised! Clearly a family friendly hotel in an UNBEATABLE location. Just a 15-minute walk away there was Grand subway station.
